Summer Getaway In New Braunfels

Labor Day New Braunfels

celebrate a great summer!

Even though it’s back to school and fall is on the horizon, there’s still plenty of time to enjoy the last days of summer. Labor Day weekend in New Braunfels is still full of summertime fun. Dive into a river or go play at Schlitterbahn, climb down into a cool cave, enjoy a craft beer or taste a great vintage at your favorite wine bar; or scoot a boot to some great live music at your favorite dance hall.

As summer winds down, squeeze every last drop of fun out of it in New Braunfels!

Remember Schlitterbahn remains open weekends through September 18 and if the Guadalupe and Comal rivers get a little cooler…there’s always kayaking and canoeing fun to be had.

Be sure to get your tickets for the Gruene Music & Wine Fest, and the Comal County Fair which opens September 20, and there’s live music, the Gruene 10K, the Texas Hill Country wine harvests, and local craft breweries to enjoy throughout the September and October.
