Group plans 98-acre development

A local investment group is hoping to bring to town a new development that could include living space, high-end retail and more.

Developers of Solms Landing have plans to present ideas for their mixed-use project to the New Braunfels Planning Commission tonight, according to a news statement representatives of the project released. “We are excited to offer this unique, walkable community where people can live, shop, an dine in one spot,” said Patrick Lynch, a broker for Core35 Realty, which is promoting the project for an as yet unnamed group of investors.
