As affiliate of San Francisco-based Merlone Geier Partners is listed as the buyer of the 783,300-square-foot property. Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty has listed Arizona's tallest single-family home for $1.5 million. Known as the Falcon's Nest, the 124-foot tall home at 2365 Skyline Drive in Prescott is on 1.08 acres of desert mountainside. The Phoenix City Council voted unanimously to sell the Translational Genomics Research Institute headquarters on the Phoenix Biomedical Campus in downtown Phoenix. 172 years ago today New Braunfels was founded! This photo features the historic and majestic Founder's Oak: "Prince Carl of Solms Braunfels, Commissioner General of ‘The Society for the Protection of German Immigrants of Texas,' came to the area in March 1845 and signed a deed for two leagues of land, which included Comal Springs and Founders Oak. Thus was born New Braunfels."
