The Chamber provides opportunities for you and your employees to connect with other business leaders, enhance your skills and engage with the community. One of the most effective ways we do this is through our Leadership New Braunfels programs.
The New Braunfels Chamber has taken a role in helping our community members learn valuable lessons to make them better leaders and better stewards of New Braunfels. The Leadership New Braunfels programs bring together current and potential leaders to expand their knowledge of the community and the issues impacting it, enhance their leadership traits, provide avenues for their involvement in community advancement, and grow their network of peers. We work to ensure the quality of the men and women who are the future of New Braunfels.
The Leadership programs consist of Youth Leadership New Braunfels, for high school sophomores and juniors, Leadership New Braunfels, for motivated business professionals, and the Leadership Alumni Association, with more than 575 members.
This program for high school sophomores and juniors aims to train students in leadership techniques and community awareness so they become familiar with current issues, community resources, opportunities and other factors influencing the direction of their community’s future.
The 2017 Class of Youth Leadership New Braunfels is currently underway.
